About Me

I am a PhD candidate at FAPS, FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, within the FORnanoSatellites research consortium. My dissertation develops a formal co-design approach for simultaneously optimising system architectures alongside the selection of real, procurable components from hardware catalogues. The work is validated on a nanosatellite mission design problem, and an interactive web configurator built on the framework gives engineers and non-expert stakeholders direct access to the resulting multi-objective design tradespace.
